Hi All,

I had this before 8.6 & hoped 8.6 resolved, but what we've found is that some MCX settings that are set to Once (READ: User Level At Next Login Only) are being applied Often (READ: User Level At Every Login).

Anyone else seen this? is there a Defect-ID?

Looks like the issue maybe that the scripts called "loginhook.sh" & "startupscript.sh" found in: /Library/Application Support/JAMF/ManagementFrameworkScripts perform a /usr/sbin/jamf mcx.. The first @ a user level, 2nd computer…

So this is where things are being refreshed.

Seen something similar in 8.43 but havent got around to working it out.
Does the same thing happen to local accounts? or just AD accounts?

D-002808 and D-002809 are along these lines. Didn't see them in the 8.6 release notes.

Same thing happens to us. Only thing we saw it happen to was applying a desktop background.
