Thanks!

Used it years ago. Very powerful but the user interface left a lot to be desired. I haven't seen it lately so that may have changed.

Yep used it for a long time at many different sites
Interface definitely sucked, but it did the job.
we used it for D2D2T with an 8 slot LT04 autoloader.
Moved across to Presstore P5 from archiware. Much nicer

We bought Bru some years ago at a global branding firm. Ran like a dream, never failed when restoring.

GUI was never great, but it did what we needed, and provided reliable restored, mattered more than anything else to us.

In all honesty when I did Apple professional services I hated BRU. It came with Exabyte tape libraries Apple was keen on selling to customers.

At my current employer we use Archiware's P5 (formerly called PresSTORE). Works awesome, has a nice web based interface. http://www.archiware.com/home.1.1.html

I use it to backup our school's Macintosh servers. The backup server is an old XServer G5, but that doesn't seem to bother it and helps my budget. Bru simply gets the job done right, both backup and recovery.

It hasn't seen updates in quite awhile, but the GUI is the only thing I would seek to be improved.
