+12I noticed today that many of our policies have lost the information which package(s) to install. The JAMFChangeManagement.log does not show any editing action that could result in this change - the package entries have silently disappeared from the policies. Has anybody ever observed something like this?
Just in case: On prem jss10.23, two file share distribution points
+12If the package disappears from the DP, the package payload disappears from the policy, with no warning or no error. We've had this happen after "cleaning up" old versions of packages that we erroneously assumed were no longer being distributed in a policy.
+12But the packages do not disappear from the DP. All the packages that are 'forgotten' by the policies are still on the DPs.
+12Oops, turned out I check the wrong directory - the packages had been deleted from the DPs, thus they disappeared from the policies. Issue understood.
