packaging up user accounts for imaging

How many of you actually do a full package of local user accounts? Like prefs, dock items, wallpapers and all of that stuff?

I am going to pristine installs via version 7's instaDMG like settings. My testing so far is good. My image is smaller, and faster and has everything I need on it.

I am about to package up 3 local user accounts, all for different types of administration. I was wondering if anyone actually captured a whole user account and deployed it that way?
