I have some trouble pairing devices when Bluetooth is always on because I can't access the list of devices. Any ideas on how to do this without the need to remove the profile.

+11We're looking for a solution to this as well. We need to restrict access to the bluetooth setting, so that kids can't turn it off to disable Classroom, but also need to allow students to connect to bluetooth accessories.
+3I also need to know how to do this. If we disable access to the bluetooth setting (to keep it on) - we are unable to pair devices.
