Serial Number for Parallels Desktop macOS virtual machines match Serial Number of the macOS host.

We know we can manually change the Serial Number for a virtual machine:

Before we start suggesting to our team to edit <SerialNumber></SerialNumber> in /Users/Shared/Parallels/<vmName>.pvm/config.pvs , what are you guys doing to programmatically set a unique Serial Number for your virtual machine?

VMWare Fusion handles this better, as it automatically creates a unique Serial Number for each macOS virtual machine.

Unfortunately we are stuck with crappy Parallels Desktop.
