we have the Problem, that our Prestage doesnt start. I got the Window from Microsoft to enter my credentials and after that we got a blank Window, I had waited 20-30 minutes and restart the Macbook, it is like a loop. I dont know what happenned...If there is anyone else who got the problem?

+10Hi, the description of your issue is pretty vague. Can you please provide more details of how your Prestage is configured, how users authenticate, are you using Jamf Connect, etc.

Our Prestage is configured :
in the Prestage we create a local User before settings and hide him as Administrator, and also 2 configuration profiles (jamf connect config and file.) We also added 2 packages (jamf connect and launch agent).
Users authenticate with the Microsoft (azure) credentials, and we use jamf connect to sync the passwords with the local one.
