PreStage Enrollment

Ive attempted to setup prestage enrollment, and ive come to a brick wall. The system picks up the DEP page that states it will be auto configured , but after i hit continue i keep getting "Failed to contact MDM server" ive tried this over open wifi and LAN and it fails either way. Anything in particular im forgetting. this is on RHEL 7 over 443

Is your SSL cert correct? I have a self-signed cert and mobile devices don't like that. I'm replacing on Monday

its using the JAMF self signed cert.

You'll want Tomcat to run an SSL cert signed by a 3rd party instead of the self signed one.

We use a self signed and have no issues in a clustered environment..

What version of the JSS are you running, what version of the iOS is the iPad and can you enroll a device through the browser?
