Hi,
Since last friday we had an issue with Dep connection to the deploy.apple.com site. At the same time there was one laptop that belonged to the scope of Dep for testing didn't startup anymore and was only showing an folder icon with an question mark in it ? because it wasn't starting up anymore we try to restore it but also that wasn't working and was hanging for 3 hours at 5%.
This morning the “The DEP service reported an error. (https://mdmenrollment.apple.com [403])” was gone and after we restarted the laptop again it was working again ?
Is it possible that this computer, enrolled with the Prestage Enrollment didn't startup anymore because of the problem Jamf had connecting to Deploy.apple.com ?
