Printers now showing up after SS policy runs

Using JSS 9.22 and OS 10.8.5 and 10.9.x - when I try to add a printer via SS, they don't show up.
I verified the policy is set to "add" the printer, but they never appear. the Logs show the printers were added successfully.

hmm I did what it said, however, it doens't seem to run the script afterwards. I verified Priority = After

I added #!/bin/bash and exit 0 to teh script, and it works when I manually push it via casper remote... just not as part of the policy.
