Hello,



I wondered if anyone had same issue with trying to push a new printer via
Casper Remote:



I have installed a new HP4515x on my network.
 I have added it on my admin computer then added it in Carper Admin.
Then I pushed it to a workstation for test using Casper Remote.
 It get installed correctly on the remote computer BUT always gives an
error when trying to print from that computer saying: The process
'hpPostProcessing' stopped unexpectedly with status2.



I have tried to install it manually on that same computer and it worked
fine...



Any ideas why this?



IŒm on JSS 7.01.

Have you installed the Drivers?



Adding the printer does not install the drivers

Correct. You still need to have the necessary driver files on the computer as well, whether that's the Apple supplied ones, which you can just drop into your JSS as you've downloaded them, or making a traditional pack. I just ran into some Epson 4880 printers that needed a supliemtal pack of configuration files that were created when you added them to the mac.
