Problem with Supervised iPad

Hi guys,

Currently I'm the new administrator for my company, I'm facing a problem when i want to plug a supervised device to the computer. It will shown " This iPad is supervised by another computer and cannot be used with this computer " but Im extremely conform that the computer i connected is the original computer that enrolled the all devices. When i check with the Apple Configurator all the supervised devices data still there but i the software unable to read the devices.

Can somebody explain why this happen ? and is it can be fix? its crack my head for 2 days already. Thank You in advance

Have you made any changes to the keychain on the computer? Are you using the same user account that supervised the devices? Apple configurator uses a public/private keypair that is stored on the login keychain. If you modify and/or delete this keypair your devices will not longer know that they have be configured by the Mac you are using.

I never change any keychain on the computer. How to i recover back this thing?
