+24Nothing like IIS throwing up stupid 404 errors when you're missing a MIME type. Stupid hunk of crap...
+3Having the same problem on a 10.6.8 server. Rebooted the server and it went away but it tends to recur. Haven't been able to find a cause. Happens with both folder and flat packages.
