Hello all,
I am struggling on a manage iphone to have it appear on quicktime so i can screencast record on a mac. the iphone is managed and supervised in JAMF Pro. both Mac and Iphone have latest versions installed. i am sure this is a problem related to a configuration profil but cannot pin point what setting can cause this problem. I have tried another iphone that is not enrolled in JAMF and this works fine. Of course i am using a legit iphone cable as i know certain cables can cause problems.
does anyone have a clue at what settings can cause this behavior on a restriction configuration profil on JAMF Pro?
