+9So we have several iPads that were managed via an old DEP that we did not know about. So we have a new DEP and MDM I am wondering how to remove the old MDM profile or install a new one on the iPads?
how do i do it? I have entered the serial number into apple school manager. But it doesn't show up in JSS.
Any thoughts?
+5Possibly a silly question, but do you have your new DEP setup in JSS? It does sometimes take a little bit for DEP to communicate with JSS and visa versa.
+9Well not that silly @cscsit but yes we do have the new DEP setup in the JSS. Just that I didn't know we had one previously until I rebuilt the entire JSS and a few iPads stopped working.
