Found out realplayer 11 on our images isn't playing videos in Firefox, Safari, or even manually when running from within realplayer "open location" & unfortunately there is some legacy educational stuff in real formats.

If I take a machine and manually update it to the latest (realplayer SP), it corrects the issue on the machine.

I tried to snapshot the upgrade, the package created and comes down fine and player appears upgraded (reads version SP, no obvious issue), but videos still don't play within browser or within realplayer. No error, click the link, RP opens, they just won't start playing. I'm not finding much on google either.

I'm stumped. Anyone ever seen anything like this?
