Hello everyone
I successfully updated our JSS to version 8.43 from 8.1
The one thing I am trying to fix now is making the client reboot once a policy launched from SelfService should "reboot immediately" once it's done
The very same policy used to work with SelfService 8.1, now I have to quit SelfService in order to make the reboot notice appear and actually reboot.
Am I missing something obvious?
Many thanks for your help, as always
Ciao
Carlo

Does this happen on all clients? What version is the jamf binary on the client? What troubleshooting steps have you already gone through?

I tested a couple of clients so far, 8.43 binary
It sounds like my discussion is similar to the one previously open here

Sorry for the duplicate
Thank you again

My concern is that JAMF lists this one as "Already Available." It isn't. it simply doesn't work properly.

I can confirm that this is still broken using Self Service 8.43. I just updated a newly imaged machine and the Reboot window just sat there forever.

Same thing on 8.22.
We'll with 8.5 next week.
