Recon Remote Inventory Issue

Hi,

We use to run recon remote inventory to many of our Mac clients from Recon Application. We migrated to 9.7 a month ago... We are observing Extension Attribute and few other inventory is not reporting properly..

If we login to the client through SSH or Terminal and run "jam recon" it reports all.. but Remote Inventory from Recon Application is not reporting properly... Is this the known issue ?

Just curious, not sure if it's still an issue but we ran into some problems a few months back with Extension Attributes that had names with some special characters. That was with Recon.exe though. The issue was that it wouldn't report inventory to the JSS.
