The Recon.app 9.81 doesn't sign the QuickAdd package, even if all the relevant boxes are ticked.
Tested on 10.11.1 and 10.10.5. Anyone else seen this?

ironically waiting developer agent to accept the new Apple Developer Program License Agreement in the Member Center, so I can see if we need a new certificate or if just accepting the agreement resolves it. We are also having other Dev Cert related issues with signed packages. Hopefully its all related
