Yep, that's highly dependent on a number of things. It 'sounds' like you're interested in license counts on your JSS, otherwise, deleting the comp from the JSS wouldn't make any sort of difference in real licensing terms. The JSS doesn't 'really' provide license management. Let's say it's more 'license awareness' unless you've built policies or notifications around it.
