Hi all,
I'm a new user of the JSS server for mobile device management, and I'm wondering if it's possible to rename iOS devices outside of iTunes somehow. I'm used to using Workgroup Manager to manage our Macs.

+12I don't know of any way to change it remotely. In iOS 5 you can change it in the General Settings. Hopefully, Apple will permit that in some form of an update to the iPhone Configuration Utility and Jamf can take advantage of that as well via the JSS. My fingers are crossed.
