I need to delete a configuration profile in iOS 6 that I made in the JSS to set a global proxy because it is making Self Service not work. I deleted it from the JSS but it did not delete from the iPads. When I go into the iPad to delete it manually, the remove button is not there. Anybody know how to manually delete this profile? Do I need to do something in the JSS?

+26You probably won't like my answer but have had this happen too...basically you are in a loop so to speak...your iPad can't "take new direction from Casper" because it's trying to use invalid proxy info, yet you need it to "take new direction from Casper to remove it". What I had to do was totally go to the iPad and remove the Casper enrollment profile and re-enroll the device (making sure you have a valid proxy config scoped to that device when you enroll it).
