Looking to see if anybody has any suggestions on how to remove the "Skype for Business" meeting button in Outlook.

I followed the clean uninstall directly from Microsoft's website, and still I'm left with the Skype meeting button. I can't seem to find any lingering files that would cause this.

Anybody have any suggestions on where add-ons are kept within Outlook so I can remove the Skype button?

You can disable it via config profile or using defaults write:
defaults write com.microsoft.Outlook DisableSkypeMeeting -bool TRUE
