+5Since the beginning we have problems with teachers that normally didn't restart their Macbooks and at the end we have the problem with the device and the inactive status.
Anyone have a script that could restart services at Macbooks to prevent the inactive status on our devices?

+10I have looked for something similar to jamf recon before and was unable to find one. If one is found, I would be interested.
The only thing I have found to refresh a device is on the device itself. There is a setting in Jamf School to show a Refresh Details button in Jamf Teacher/Student.
