is not working for me

I have a smart group of teacher machines that are in the global exempt list. They are trying to run skype, which is a forbidden app to everyone else. However, no matter what I do, this machine cannot run skype, it keeps getting the message of doom from Casper saying it is not an allowed application.

I need to make my global exempt lists work.

Anyone else have issues with this? I tried rebooting and reinstalling the casper client, no avail from either attempt.

Thoughts?
