Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but I can't seem to get my Lion image to not show the Safari welcome website.

Help?

Download fseventer

Run up fseventer

Run up safari

Look for plist change

Id guess it's in the safari plist?

Hi Noah,

I have prevented this with MCX on 10.6.X - not sure if it's the same with Lion - but worth a try.

com.apple.Safari

LastDisplayedWelcomePageVersionString type string value (insert the version of Safari you are deploying eg.) 5.1

Hope this helps.

Lisa.

Sounds good.

The lion clients I have were set to 4.0. Put up a policy and worked like magic.

Thanks,
Noah
