Hello - Our organization recently implemented SafeCom badge scanners on our HP MFPs. It has been difficult identifying the proper configuration for these badge printers to work properly, since the instructions call for a 'HP Global Print' driver, which I've been unable to locate. I have installed the latest 2.16.1 HP print drivers, but still no luck. Does anyone have experience with this configuration? Thanks.

I doubt the HP Mac drivers are the issue. The drivers provided by Apple Software update are the latest available. What is the issue you are seeing? Can you be a bit more specific about the SafeCom solution you are using? What driver is actually installed on the print server receiving the jobs? What OS is the server running? Do the jobs appear on the server? Any more information you can provide would be very helpful.
