For those with a custom banner do you use the recommended pixel size? My branding is being cut off and it is the recommended 1500 x 500.

+13The actual size of the banner depends on the size of the window. The smaller the window, the more "complete" the image. Bigger window, smaller banner. It's some weird scaling thing they do (that nobody asked for).

But my problem is, that I can upload and use some pictures as header, but not all. For example i could use the pic called "testheader.png" but not the "header4.png"
Is there a maximal size for the data-file (max 1000 KB, or something like that) ?
