Hello All,
After upgrading to 9.51, I noticed that the login page of Self Service was not as visually appealing as it used to be. Not sure if something is wrong or if its a new feature i missed. Here is a screenshot of my login page.

Not how it's supposed to look....
I would recommend quitting Self Service, clearing out your cache for Self Service and then re-launching it...
(/Users/[username]/Library/Caches/com.jamfsoftware.selfservice is the location of the cache folder)

Yeah. I saw this after an upgrade from 9.32 to 9.4 when they changed some of the layout to Self Service. As kstrick recommended, delete the cache.
