Wasn't this issue fixed with Jamf Pro 10.2.2? It's in the release notes.

None of my users reported having this problem, but since you are, you should upgrade as soon as possible to stop this from happening.

Good Morning,
just another question: Yesterday i've removed the Self Service and re-enrolled it.
When i opened the Self Service with my Administrative User it works fine.
But when all of our users will open the Self Service it terminated.
Maybe can this be an issue about rights ?

Yes, i've read the releasenotes. But my problem is, that only macs with 10.10.5 have this problem in our office. We have four macs with 10.11.6 where the Self Service works as designed. And otherwise, when i login with my administrator the Self Service works too.

@ErgodirektMac Why don't you upgrade to Jamf Pro 10.2.2? This is one of the issues fixed with that release.

[PI-005459] Fixed an issue that caused Self Service for macOS to occasionally crash after launching.

I only saw yesterday that we are still on version 10.2.1. We have just recently migrated the JSS server from Apple to Linux and have updated it in the process. Since then, we have had problems with self-service among users. Unfortunately we don't have a graphical user interface on the Linux server and I'm not as fit in Bash yet.

Hello everyone, we have updated our JamfPro to version 10.2.2 today. The update was completely problem-free - I would not have thought so, since I do not know so well on the Bash yet. The self-service of the users was then available again and installations could also be successfully carried out.
Imaging now also works as it should. Small cause, big effect :-)

Thanks to the community for your help.
