Setting default home page for all browsers and users

The following used to work (even for the user template) but now only works in Firefox
/usr/local/jamf/bin/jamf setHomePage -feu -fut -homepage https://mycoolnewpage.com
Anyone know a change to this that works or another solution?
Seems like since 10.11.5 they have fragmented preference settings away from com.apple.Safari.plist as well.
