I am trying to figure out a way to force students to set their iPad up as new and not load last years iCloud backup. (this will be happening in the fall) Ive chosen to have Apps & Data not be shown in my pre-stage enrollment, but it still shows up. Any one have an idea?

+2+2Update. If I take a brand new iPad straight out of the box it will skip the Apps & Data screen during setup, like I want. The problem is with the iPads that we have collected from students. Before they hand them in we have them sign out and erase all content and settings. But it is still holding onto wifi so it isn't completely blowing the device away.
