I am locking for a way to set and lock a user desktop image using profiles. We are running MacBooks with 10.8.4 and previously had used WGM to set the desktop out of the managed client under custom computers settings to always. You can use casper MCX to set it at a user level but they can still change it after login. Anybody else been down this road and found a solution.

+23You have to set the preference to be enforced at every log in and then you could also set a preference to take away access to the Desktop and Screensaver preference pane.
+23The best you can do is have it reset it at their next login unless you want to have a script that runs at an interval and resets it but thats a bit much.
