Did you already accept the agreement? The notification disappeared in our Pro instance once I accepted the agreement.
@ktrojano Took some digging. Someone outside of our department, who is only on the ASM for $$ reasons got an alert and for the first time in 15 years, did the agreement “to make the email go away”. Honestly one of the most bizarre actions from them ever!

Ditto, except I saw the notification in Jamf School first. Had to re-download the ADE token again to clear the notification in Jamf School dashboard though.

While accepting the new Terms & Conditions in ASM, the platform crashed (got a trace ID and error details). ASM came back online as if I had accepted the T&Cs, but they actually weren’t accepted.
Now ASM and Jamf aren’t communicating anymore, and the account is basically stuck in this half-accepted state. Apple Support has the case “under review,” but I haven’t heard back in two days.
By pure chance: has anyone run into this before, and is there any way to retrigger the Terms & Conditions?

I’ve never encountered that either.
I also had to redownload the token in order for the JMF School Notification to clear. So far none of my devices have lost communication. And I did that almost a week ago.
