Ok, here is my problem. Up until last Wednesday we had our internal software update server set to download and enable updates automatically (I know, bad thing) but, when we were doing our jump start I was set straight and turned it off. So, we made a policy for software updates to install between 7:00 am- 12:00 pm on mondays and thursdays well when we set it up we disabled firmware and itunes 10 from the server but, it appears that most of our computers have already downloaded the firmware and itunes 10 updates. Now itunes 10 is not a big thing but because the firmware requires you to go to each computer and authenticate as a admin I am having 1500 kids come in with their computers to do the updates . And because our policy is setup so it will run till all updates are done, this is gonna happen on Monday again. Is there any way to remotely delete or prevent the updates from installing. PLEASE HELP
