We currently have self service configured with no login. Some users are experiencing this shown in the picture. For some reasons their first initial - lastname is showing in the categories spot which isn't normal.

+18Not sure if there is a single sign-on thing going on. I know JAMF have been making some changes in that area. Have you updated the JSS recently?
+22@Jae have you tried monitoring the jamf.log file on the computer while launching Self Service to see if anything is getting logged there? You might also want to monitor the system log to see if any errors are being logged. Is the computer that is having this issue with Self Service able to run other policies that are scoped to the computer (i.e. the standard Update Inventory policy) or run a sudo jamf recon from terminal?
