I have been working to set-up student Apple IDs and have been experiencing some issues. I downloaded the CSV file from the Apple Deploy site, but have issues when I attempt to upload it. I keep getting an error message that "email address is not valid format". I have tried enabling the hyperlink of the email addresses and removing them as well, but to no avail. We set the email addresses up using our school .org domain so I don't know if that is a problem. The first time I uploaded the file I did not get the email address error, but had to replace some previously taken usernames. Since there were no issues with the email addresses the first time, I cut and pasted them exactly from the first file into another, but then received the same email address error. Does anybody have any experience with this? Thanks so much!

I would check to be sure there's no random spaces, even at the end of the address.
Also, check same with parent addresses.
We used our .org, no problem there.
We also had to use Aliases for kids who had created Apple IDs on their own, and even the gmail +word worked for us.
