Does anybody have any suggestions on how to keep students while at school from switching their iPad WiFi from the school's (filtered) WiFi to a hot spot they enable on their phones?

We've had similar issues, we are looking into a global proxy to help mitigate content risk when students are off campus.
Which solutions are you looking into? I'm checking in with OpenDNS' Umbrella service, Securly and Bascom. Did you find any other good leads?
My district will be implementing Global Proxy within the next moth or so with our iBoss appliances.
Are you only using iBoss for the Global Proxy filtering? Are you also going to iBoss' MDM functionality?
We use iBoss for onsite filtering, and soon Global Proxy. We use the MDM built into the JSS for our iOS Devices
