It seems to be taking a very long time to image MacBooks out of the box. What kind of numbers has anyone else been getting? If I do just 1 or 2 it will complete in about 45 minutes, if I step it u p to more than 7 the time goes to over 3 hours. If I add more servers for the packages will that help?

Sorry I did not elaborate: we are using Cisco switches (only 100 meg not
gig) and all servers are either G5 xServes or in the case of the jss/afp
server intel quad core.

Thanks, Shawn

I've seen the exact same performance with a 100MB network using an
XserveG5. I had wondered if I needed to upgrade my network to Gigabit to
boost my performance.

Is anyone imaging via NetBoot on GigE?
