Sync VPP-Content to jamfPRO

Dear Community,

after creating a new "location" (?) in our school-manager and the migration of about 100 apps (and licences) to this new location, I can only access about 25 apps in the "mobile device apps"-section.

Is there a way to import all the apps at once or do I have to add every single app manually?

I tried the following solution https://www.jamf.com/jamf-nation/articles/390/recently-purchased-volume-content-is-not-displayed-in-jamf-pro though there were no "red numbers". The "Update Purchased Content"-Button didn't work for me, too.

Any suggestions?

i´m just curious,... is this an old problem? does anyone know a solution or is there none?

Hi @roland_walter,

deinem Nick nach zu urteilen nehme ich mal an, dass du Deutsch sprichst.
Ich hab mit dem Apple School Manager zwar keine Erfahrung, aber mit dem Apple Business Manager, welcher dem ja sehr ähnlich zu sein scheint.

Sind wirklich alle Apps im School Manger dem richtigen Standort zugewiesen?
In unserer Umgebung werden die Apps automatisch synchronisiert.

Falls das der Fall sein sollte, klingt das nach einem Bug aufgrund der Menge. Das wäre wieder ein Fall für den Support :/

    Danke für die Antwort. Inzwischen bin ich durch mit den Einspielen der Apps. Habe gerade Zeit für so einen Quatsch.
    Kann in der Tat an der Menge der Apps liegen. Ich werde das beobachten.
