The Installation failed.

When I run the 8.62 QuickAdd package on about 8 Snow Leopard machines I get the following error: The installation failed. The following installation step failed: run postflight script for QuickAdd. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.

It adds an entry to the JSS with an IP address, Hardware UDID, and Mac address, but no other information.

I tried removing the JSS entry and running the "sudo jamf removeFramework" on the machine and trying to install the QuickAdd package again but got the same result.

Please Help!

Try a remove framework and use Recon and add it that way.

    Try run sudo jamf enroll -prompt -verbose to see where the enrollment process is hanging. This should get us pointed in the right direction.
