I have been receiving this message in my log for scripts that use /usr/libexec . Not sure what actually prompts this because manually the script does run..
example:
/usr/libexec/ApplicationFirewall/socketfilterfw --setglobalstate on

Have you checked that the OS requirements are set correctly in Jamf Pro? You'll find the requirements in Computer Management > Scripts > Your Script > Limitations.
