In outlook 15.38 and 15.39 on macOS 10.13.0 and 10.13.1, I have been unable to update the password for an existing account, or create a new account in Outlook 2016.
We use Okta for single sign on and Duo for multi factor authentication.
The SSO sign on page will hang and Outlook will eventually go into a not responding state. The same account and same version of Outlook will work on 10.12.6.
Has anyone ran into this issue yet?
