Has anybody come across an issue whereby a user is unable to select a category on the left hand side of Self Service i.e. clicking on a category has zero effect?
I only see the issue on one (mobile AD) account on the machine, not the local administrator, and we don't enable user logins to Self Service. The system is checking in with Jamf as expected and I've removed and reloaded MDM.
Can this be fixed without re-enrolling the computer?
