@jamfmdm If the printer was added to the JSS via Casper Admin and deployed via policy, then you can use a policy with "unmap" chosen for the Action:

You can also use lpadmin -x <printername> to delete a printer. To use it via policy, you would add it in the Files And Processes tab of a policy:
