Update all software in one policy (Seen this at JNUC)

So in on the presentations, I have seen someone use a great method to update all software updates at login/logout with a popup screen in one policy once a week. I have a few ideas on how to do this maybe using some DEP notify tricks but I was wondering if someone can point me to the video or github for this, was very cool and I want to update everyone once a week for all pending updates.
