How can we update the appliance? Do we need to set it up again?

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

If you're talking Reposado, you can download it from github and drop the components into /var/lib/reposado though test test test that bit.

Thank you. So, Reposado is not upgrading this way, only the NetSUS appliance?

Reposado does not get updated with apt as it's not installed with a package. Ergo the manual update.
