So here is the issue we are having, we are swapping out the 1st gen iPads for new Retina iPads. It seems when the user goes to restore the data from the 1st gen iPad to the new Retina, the connection to JSS and Self Service breaks. Is there something that I am doing wrong? I don't want to send emails out again telling everyone to re-enroll their devices as it was hard enough to get people to read the email the first time.
