@karthikeyan_mac No, the macOS installer requires the .dmg so you need to figure out a mechanism to remove your restriction Configuration Profile to run the install. As I recall that restriction used to require a restart after removal before you could mount a .dmg. Is that still the case? If it takes effect immediately you could use a flag file on the Mac, and EA to detect that flag file, and a Smart Group which uses that EA to determine membership, and use that Smart Group as an exception to your restriction profile to remove it when you want to run a macOS installer.
