Launch Composer. Install Application and run it as a user and do all my settings. Capture in Composer. Everything is there except for plist files in the user Library. The User folder is in Composer but it is empty. Ideas on why it isn't capturing the changed User settings? I know the Library is hidden in 10.7 but shouldn't Composer see it and capture the changes? I must be doing something wrong. None of my setting get transferred.

You can drag it into composer to add it to your package, will that work?

Could if I knew exactly what files i needed. Be nice to know what plist files and if there are any other files inside the Library that need to go along. I don't always know that.

well I am not running Lion in production so I haven't had the need to use Composer with it yet. If you do a file system watch and then build your package will it then reveal the plist files? It will also probably add some things you don't need. If you un-hide the ~/Library folder will composer capture it?

more than likely the library is being copied but it is still hidden when viewing in composer. its hidden using an extended attribute (i think) which composer keeps in tact.

Tried un-hiding the Library in the User directory to no avail. Maybe someone from JAMF can answer why I can't see things inside the ~/Library folder in Composer? It grabs the User folder but there is nothing inside it
